## What every plan includes

Core covers the whole job, from building a layout to proving it played. Pro and Enterprise add to it.

- **Create**: Build multi-zone layouts in a drag-and-drop editor, starting from templates and your brand kit. Pull files from cloud storage or Canva, sort them into folders, and set content to expire on a date.
- **Publish & schedule**: Publish now, or schedule by calendar, timeline, recurrence, or time block. Smart playlists, overrides, and triggered rules handle the changes, and an emergency broadcast takes over any screen.
- **Manage every screen**: Group screens by location, check device health, grab a live screenshot, or reboot a player from your desk. You get an email when a screen drops offline.
- **Players & widgets**: Run our Linux or Android TV player, or bring your own hardware. Screens keep playing offline. Widgets cover clocks, countdowns, weather, RSS, tickers, web pages, QR codes, and menu boards.
- **Access & security**: Invite as many people as you like and give each a custom role. Require approval before anything goes live, sign in with two-factor or a passkey, and check the audit log for every change.
- **Proof & reliability**: Export what played, where, and when as a CSV. Core keeps 30 days of playback history and Pro keeps a year, both with a 99.9% uptime target.
