Ausvero is the platform that runs OTS Signs screens. You build content in it, schedule it, watch your screens, and prove what played.

Each feature carries a badge for the plans that include it. “All plans” means Core and up. Each feature below is tagged with the plans that include it.

## Layouts, menus, and media

Design screens in the browser, keep menu prices in tables, and store media in one library. People outside your team can send you files through a link.

### Build layouts in your browser (All plans)

Drag text, images, video, and widgets into zones, or start from a template. Your edits stay in draft until you publish, and an edit lock stops a teammate from saving over you. Each publish adds a version to the layout's history.

### Run menu boards from Data Tables (All plans)

A Data Table holds the rows a layout shows: menu items, prices, price lists. The New menu board wizard starts from a design with sample data, a CSV or Excel file, or a table you already have. Group items by category and give each one up to four price sizes. Mark an item sold out and its screens update without waiting for approval.

### Collect files with an upload link (All plans)

Send a folder link to franchisees, event staff, photographers, or vendors, and they upload from a browser with no account. You set the password, the upload limit, the file types, and whether visitors can see files already in the folder. Uploaders leave their name, and the folder owner gets a daily email digest.

## Schedules, rules, and overrides

Plan content weeks out, set rules that react to weather and alerts, and take over a screen by hand.

Schedule playlists, layouts, and campaigns to a single screen or a whole group. Check the plan in timeline, calendar, or list view, and publish now or weeks ahead. When two schedules overlap, the one with higher priority plays.

### Change content when conditions change (All plans)

Base a rule on local weather, an inbound webhook, or an official National Weather Service or CAP alert. The rule can start an override or an emergency broadcast and use the alert headline as the broadcast text. Preview it before you switch it on. Hysteresis keeps content from flipping back and forth near a threshold, and each rule shows when it last fired.

- **Reuse named time blocks** (All plans): Define blocks like breakfast, lunch, and happy hour once, then use them in any schedule.
- **Repeat schedules** (All plans): Repeat hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, with exception dates for days to skip.
- **Override a schedule** (All plans): Push content to a screen or group now. The override outranks the schedule until you end it.
- **Fill playlists by rule** (All plans): Fill a playlist from a rule, such as every file with a given tag.
- **Approve changes before publish** (All plans): Turn on approvals and changes wait in a queue until a reviewer signs off.
- **Set a publish time** (All plans): Queue Data Table and menu price changes for a set time, such as 6 am Monday.

## Take over screens in an emergency

Put existing content or a typed message on the screens, groups, or locations you choose. End the broadcast and your schedules resume.

Check screenshots, status, and what's playing. Open a screen to diagnose it and act from the same page.

Each screen gets a tile with its latest screenshot, its status, the content on air, and when the screenshot was taken. Pick small, medium, or large tiles. Wall mode goes full screen and refreshes itself, so you can leave it up in a control room.

Content Health runs ten checks and lists the results in one inbox, from expiring media and failed files to unscheduled content and screens stuck on default content. Each check gives a count, examples, and a link to the fix. You can delete unused media or extend expiry dates in bulk.

## Plans, pricing, and access

What's included, and what costs extra.

### What's included on every plan?

Every Ausvero plan includes the layout editor, publishing, scheduling, screen groups, standard widgets, emergency broadcasts, triggered rules, offline playback, unlimited users, custom roles, and approval workflows. No per-seat charges.

### How do the plans differ?

Core has everything you need to create, publish, and manage signage, for $9 per screen per month. Pro, at $12, adds 365 days of history with restore, premium data feeds, larger Data Tables, advanced reporting, the REST API and webhooks, and the full Ad Manager. Enterprise adds custom terms, SSO, a 99.95% uptime target, phone support, and a dedicated account manager.

### Can I try it first?

Yes. Ask for demo access through the contact form and we'll send you a login to our demo workspace within one business day.

### Are hardware and design included?

Not by default. Hardware, pre-provisioned players, installation, and design work are quoted separately on every plan. Enterprise agreements can include design hours. We'll tell you exactly what's included before any work starts.

### Can I add screens later?

Yes. Add screens whenever you like. Each one is billed at your plan's per-screen rate, and you can move up a plan whenever it makes sense.

### Is there a mobile app?

iOS and Android apps are coming soon. They'll let you check on screens, post photos and video, and send an emergency broadcast from your phone. Everything is already available in your browser today.

### How do emergency broadcasts work?

Pick the screens, groups, or locations and send existing content or a message you type. It takes over those screens immediately and returns them to normal when you end it. Broadcasting has its own permission, and every broadcast is logged.

### Can I sell advertising on my screens?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise include the full Ad Manager: an advertiser portal, rate cards, campaign scheduling, pacing and budget caps, and proof-of-play certificates you can send to advertisers.

## Players and content

What a Ausvero screen needs to work.

### Do I need new screens?

Often not. We can check whether your current displays will work, or quote new hardware if they won't. It depends on the screens and where they're going.

### What happens if the internet goes down?

Your screens keep playing. Players save content locally and catch up as soon as the connection is back. A brand-new player needs to connect and sync at least once before it can play offline.

### What can I put on screen?

Images, video, audio, PDFs, and web pages, arranged in layouts with live widgets like clocks, weather, news feeds, calendars, social feeds, QR codes, and more.

### Does kiosk mode support touchscreens?

No. Kiosk mode locks a screen to full-screen display. Touch experiences like check-in, wayfinding, or ordering need their own app, and we're happy to talk through options.

### Can I show content in other languages?

Yes. You publish whatever content you like, and you can schedule different language versions for different screens or times.

## Security, integrations, and support

### How do you control who can change things?

With roles (built-in or custom), user groups, approval workflows, two-factor authentication or passkeys, and an audit log of every change. Give each person exactly the access they need.

### Does Ausvero integrate with our systems?

Every plan can fire triggered rules from an inbound webhook. Pro and Enterprise add full REST API access and outbound webhooks. For anything more specific, we can build a custom integration on Pro and Enterprise.

### Does Ausvero connect to Google Drive, Teams, POS, or inventory systems?

Every plan includes cloud storage integrations and Canva for bringing in files. There are no built-in Teams, POS, or inventory connectors. A custom integration can fill the gap.

### What support is available?

Every plan gets email support. Pro adds same-day priority support and guided onboarding. Enterprise adds phone support, a dedicated account manager, and assisted onboarding. Core onboarding is self-service.

### Can you create our content?

Yes. Our in-house team does layouts, photography, video, and motion graphics, quoted per project.
